About This Exciting Opportunity

As our Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our success, responsible for selling new and used vehicles of all makes and models, and new and used commercial vehicles to both retail and commercial customers. This role offers the perfect blend of customer interaction, product expertise, and sales achievement, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

You will work in a professional, well-presented sales environment where attention to detail and customer service excellence are paramount. Our operating hours provide an excellent work-life balance, with Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 14:00, while enjoying every Sunday off.

Your Role in Our Success

Customer Excellence: You will provide an exceptional level of service from the very first customer enquiry through to the final handover, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding customer care. Your expertise will guide customers through both cash and finance purchase options, helping them find the perfect vehicle solution for their needs.

Sales Leadership: You will take ownership of selling vehicles across our comprehensive range, utilising your skills to match customers with the right vehicle while achieving personal and team sales targets. Your role includes maintaining pristine sales areas that reflect our professional standards and create an inviting environment for customers.

Product Expertise: Through our comprehensive training programs, you will develop deep knowledge of our vehicle ranges, finance products, and regulatory frameworks. This expertise will enable you to provide authoritative advice and build customer confidence in their purchasing decisions.

Autonomous Operations: We believe in empowering our sales team with significant independence. You will have the authority to conduct part exchange valuations, arrange finance provision, manage site operations, and organise customer demonstrations and deliveries, giving you real ownership of the sales process.

A full clean UK driving licence is required for this position, as you will be conducting vehicle demonstrations and potentially traveling between our locations.
