About the Opportunity

P J Nicholls Ltd. are offering an opportunity to join the Aftersales Team as an Trainee Service Advisor providing front line support for the busy service department at our Tewkesbury Dealership.

Our hours of work are 08:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday and 08:00 – 13:00 Saturday on a rota basis.

Your Role

  • To answer the telephone in a polite and professional manner.
  • To book customers’ vehicles in for Service, MOT, or repairs.
  • Liaising with customers to advise them of requirements needed on their vehicle.
  • Processing customer invoices and collecting payment.
  • To support the Service Manager.
  • To learn and be involved with parts ordering and stock control.
  • To assist with vehicle cleaning and presentation.

You will be highly motivated, presentable and organised and bring a desire for achieving the very best levels of customer service that P.J. Nicholls Ltd. prides itself upon delivering. Attention to detail, diligence and adherence to an exceptional level of customer service are all key qualities that we are looking for.
