About the Opportunity
P J Nicholls Ltd. are offering an opportunity to join the Aftersales Team as an Service Advisor providing front line support for the busy service department at our Tewkesbury Dealership.
Our hours of work are 08:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday and 08:00 – 13:00 Saturday on a rota basis.
Your Role
- To answer the telephone in a polite and professional manner.
- To book customers’ vehicles in for Service, MOT, or repairs.
- Liaising with customers to advise them of requirements needed on their vehicle.
- Processing customer invoices and collecting payment.
- To support the Service Manager.
- To learn and be involved with parts ordering and stock control.
- To assist with vehicle cleaning and presentation.
About You
You will be an enthusiastic and have a keen interest in the motor trade and a strong passion for giving excellent customer service.
You will need to demonstrate good communication skills, both written and oral, and have a minimum of 4 G.C.S.E grades 4-9.
