What You'll Do

Customer Excellence

•Provide outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations

•Handle calls professionally, managing service, MOT, and tyre bookings

•Act as the bridge between customers and technicians, explaining technical issues clearly

•Keep customers informed throughout the service process

Business Support

•Prepare accurate estimates and service documentation

•Process invoicing and collect payments efficiently

•Maintain customer records and database entries

•Support the Service Manager and assist with parts ordering

•Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit customers

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

•Minimum 2 years customer service experience

•Clean UK driving licence (required)

•Strong communication skills with excellent English

•Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

•Professional presentation with friendly, approachable manner

Ideal Candidate:

•Natural problem-solver who thrives under pressure

•Detail-oriented with pride in accuracy

•Team player with customer-focused mindset

•Previous automotive experience (preferred but not essential)

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
