P J Nicholls Ltd is a well-established, family-owned business with a strong presence across Worcestershire and Herefordshire. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our dedicated Service Team.

This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to work across our diverse group, which includes:

* Three Ford Authorised Car and Transit Centres

* One KGM Sales and Service Centre

* Two HiQ Autocare Centres

You will be responsible for servicing and repairing a wide range of vehicles—from cars to commercials, and all makes and models—delivering the highest standards of quality and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As our Mobile Vehicle Technician, you will be the face of P J Nicholls Ltd, providing expert service directly to our customers at their homes, places of business, or at one of our dealerships.

* Operating and maintaining our fully-equipped Mobile Service van to perform routine servicing, repairs, maintenance and manufacturer recalls on all makes and models.

* Carrying out accurate fault diagnosis using the latest equipment.

* Performing electronic Vehicle Health Checks (VHCs) and presenting them to customers to ensure transparency and an enhanced service experience.

We are looking for a professional with a passion for automotive excellence and a commitment to customer service.

Essential Requirements

* Proven knowledge and experience within the vehicle servicing and repair sector.

* A background as a Car Technician, Commercial Vehicle Technician, Master Technician, MOT Tester, Mobile Technician, or Recovery Operative is highly valued. We welcome applications from diverse automotive backgrounds, including franchised main dealers, independent garages, fast-fit operations, and self-employed mechanics.

* A **Full UK Driving Licence** is essential.
