As an authorised dealer for Ford and KGM vehicles, we offer a comprehensive range of automotive services including sales, aftersales, and fuel forecourts with convenience shops.

About This Role

As our Driver, you will be the face of P.J. Nicholls, representing our commitment to excellence with every collection, delivery, and vehicle preparation. This position offers the perfect blend of driving responsibilities and hands-on vehicle care, making it ideal for someone who takes pride in both customer service and attention to detail:

• To carry out collection and delivery services
• To carry out stock movement between the branches
• To collect vehicles from external establishments
• Maintain workspace by regular cleaning, sweeping of floor, clean tools and equipment. Tidy up at the end of the day
• To adhere to the latest traffic laws ensuring speed limits are not broken
• Ensure health and safety procedures and all company policies are adhered to
• To have a smart, professional appearance, courteous manner and good rapport building skills
• To maintain good working relationships with staff and customers
• To ensure customer expectations and requirements are exceeded by delivering an exceptional service
• To carry out assist with valeting on service and sales vehicles to the highest possible standards

What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone with a full, clean UK driving licence who demonstrates exceptional rapport-building skills and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a smart, professional appearance and maintain a courteous, engaging manner in all interactions.

You should be a natural team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to the smallest details. A commitment to upholding health and safety procedures and company policies is essential, as is the ability to maintain good working relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 to 17:30
