Customer Contact Specialist
About the opportunity
We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist to join the P J Nicholls division working at our dealership in Evesham. You will need to have at least 12 months experience working in the automotive sector and be able to hit the ground running. In return, we are offering excellent rates of pay for the right candidate. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30.
As a Customer Contact Specialist you will be handling all customer calls through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat and social media and be the first point of contact for our dealership, providing a warm and professional welcome to all callers. You will play a crucial role in managing incoming telephone calls, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate sales or service departments efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers to schedule vehicles services, MOTs and repairs as well as following up with lapsed customers to re-engage them with our services.
