We offer free collection and delivery, and have a range of courtesy vehicles available, including vans and pickups, to minimise your downtime.
A MOT generally takes approximately 1 hour, depending on the type of vehicle. The time taken on a service does depend on the vehicle, and what type of service is being carried out. As a general guide, interim services usually take about 90 minutes, and major or full services take approximately 3 hours. If there are any issues found, then these times can be extended. If you would like a more accurate timescale, just contact us once you have made your booking, and we can let you know.
Service content does vary, depending on the vehicle type, and what type of service is being carried out. All of our services follow a service schedule, so we will be happy to discuss the content. All vehicles have a video electronic healthcheck carried out. This is a video presentation of the vehicle, by the technician, explaining and showing the health of your vehicle. We will send you your personalised video for review, so you get to see what the technician sees!
We offer the ability to spread the payments of your servicing, by offering a tailor made service plan. Once set up you simply pay a set monthly amount, which will then cover the servicing requirements of your vehicle. It not only allows you to budget more easily, it also locks in the servicing prices for the duration of the agreement.
